About Us:
David Shields Neon is located on the edge of the great Okefenokee Swamp, in Waycross, Georgia. We are a family-owned wholesale and retail neon production business. We take pride in our products and strive to stay on the cutting edge of this fascinating technology. But we know that our success rests entirely upon dependable service and customer satisfction.
Whether it is a neon sign for your business or a novelty sign for your game room or bar, you will find that our work reflects uncommon imagination and creativity because every sign we build is custom made from start to finish. There is no mass production here. Every sign is unique and based on customer specification.
We use only the finest glass and electrodes on the market today and will never sacrifice quality in order to beat a competitor's price or for any other reason. Our signs are bombarded and processed on our precision manifold system which equates to a long lasting neon sign.
Custom signs generally ship within 10 working days. If you need an express order filled we will tell you up front whether or not that is possible. Simply email or call us. You pay actual shipping costs on your order. We know that these costs seem to continually rise. However, we make every effort to keep these costs at a minimum. We pack and ship everything ourselves. We have the art down pat, as well as, and often better than, so-called professional mailers. Again, you pay only the expenses we incur. Insurance is optional, of course, but neon is fragile and we highly recommended it.
Stock signs, imported signs, pretend neon signs all can sometimes be bought cheaper elsewhere, but for true custom neon signage you need to look to a good custom neon sign shop. That's what David Shields Neon is: a shop specializing in custom neon signs reflecting good craftsmanship, durability and originality. And perhaps the greatest advantage of all, the artist himself is just a phone call or e-mail away.
Return Policy: All sales are final. We cannot exchange or restock Neon signs since most of the work occurs after an order is placed.
